Starting salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

About the Role
As a Repair & Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for repair and maintenance across our North London network, with occasional travel to South London when required. You will lead a two-person Repair & Maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed to the correct safety and quality standards. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion. You will be provided with a van and full PPE to support your duties. Experience
- Experience or training in repair and maintenance within the water industry is essential.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including working outdoors in all weather conditions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- A can-do, positive attitude, open to new ideas and change.
- Self-motivated and confident in completing tasks to the best of your ability.
- Competent in using computers and other IT equipment is advantageous.

Qualifications
- Street Works (NRSWA) and SSSTS qualification required.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- It is advantageous to hold an EUSR Water Hygiene card, Service Avoidance L2, and/or a First Aid qualification.
