Location
Enfield, London. Base locations include Deephams (N90BA), Kentish Town (NW18SL), or Lea Bridge Depot (E59RJ).

Hours
45 hours per week. Shift pattern includes 1 in 4 weekends, 1 in 4 weeks on a late shift, and 1 in 4 weeks on standby. Flexibility to undertake overtime during peak demand is essential. Some positions offer Monday to Friday fixed day or late shifts.

Salary
£41,000 to £51,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

About the Role
As an R&M Technical Specialist, you will work with and coach repair and maintenance teams across North London to deliver customer outcomes right-first-time, focusing on health and safety at all times. Your responsibilities include supporting on-site repair and maintenance activities within SLA, overseeing complex repairs such as deep excavations, and validating permits to break ground. You will provide technical expertise to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, mentor less experienced team members, and engage with customers and councils to minimize disruption. Additionally, you will work to reduce leakage and service interruptions, undertake competency assessments of teams, and support ongoing skills development. Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Water Industry is essential.

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
