About the Role
Join CityFibre, the UK's largest fibre-only network and a proven wholesale challenger, as a SHE Policy & Standards Manager. In this strategic role, you will lead the development and implementation of safety, health, and environmental policies across the business, driving continuous improvement and compliance. You will shape safer, smarter workplaces by evolving and embedding integrated management systems covering health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Your responsibilities include guiding policy development and rollout to ensure policies are actively used and understood, preparing for audits, refining documentation, and closing policy gaps in areas such as lone working and occupational health. You will collaborate across teams to align policies with ESG goals and introduce practical safety solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact through project management, stakeholder engagement, and translating complex legislation into clear, actionable policies that support a safer, more sustainable workplace.

Experience
- Proven expertise in SHE legislation and standards
- Experience managing ISO standards and ensuring audit readiness
- Background in areas such as lone worker safety and environmental reporting
- Demonstrated ability to lead policy development and implementation initiatives

- Confident communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to translate complex legislation into clear, practical workplace policies
- Comfortable leading change and driving safety excellence in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience in safety, health, environmental management or related fields are desirable to support your expertise in this role.
