About the Role
We are looking for a Seepage Technician to join our dedicated operational excellence team. In this role, you will carry out thorough investigations in the surrounding area of specific cases to identify any potential leaks causing seepage. This includes general leak detection activities such as sounding fittings, correlating, logging, and pinpointing leaks.
Your responsibilities will include taking a lead on Health and Safety by wearing the correct PPE and identifying and reporting safety observations or hazards that pose a risk of injury. You will train and coach less experienced staff in all forms of seepage investigations, learn and apply new leakage detection methods, and work towards achieving or exceeding set targets. Maintaining your work vehicle, tools, and PPE in a clean and tidy condition is essential. You will also provide information on works carried out to the Team Leader or Management Team and attend company courses including mandatory training such as LTO.

Experience
- Proven track record in open sounding and leakage detection techniques
- Water network knowledge
- Client management and customer satisfaction experience
- Computer literate

Qualifications
- LUCAS Card Training (TFL)
- Previous knowledge of basic validation activities and quantifications is desirable but training will be provided
