About the Role
Do you want to drive the commercial strategy that powers the future of our Onshore Wind business in Northern Europe? GE Vernova is seeking an exceptional Senior Commercial Proposals Manager to join our Onshore Wind team based in London. You will orchestrate cross-functional expertise to deliver optimized, profitable, and sustainable energy solutions. Acting as the architect of high-stakes, multi-million-dollar deals, you will translate technical innovation into competitive, winning strategies that position GE Vernova as the partner of choice for wind turbine supply and maintenance services. Leading the full proposal development process from initial inquiry to contract award, you will ensure our commercial strategies remain robust, profitable, and aligned with our long-term goals in the renewable energy sector.
Key responsibilities include driving the end-to-end proposal development process, building winning commercial strategies through deep-dive value optimization and complex project cost calculations, leading high-stakes negotiations for Turbine Supply and Full-Service Agreements, collaborating across technical, sales, legal, and finance teams to mobilize resources, improving commercial performance by applying Lean methodologies, and developing strong executive relationships as the commercial face of our offers.
GE Vernova is a leader in the energy transition, focused on electrifying the world while decarbonizing it. Join us and be part of a culture of impact, where your work will contribute to building a more sustainable electric power system and addressing climate change.

About you
- Strategic commercial leader with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Keen interest in driving the global energy transition through sustainable, high-impact renewable energy projects.
