About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Heritage Programme Manager to lead key heritage projects across the London Borough of Bromley, including the next phase of capital works for the Crystal Palace Park Regeneration Plan. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant heritage initiatives in London’s largest borough. You will be part of the Culture, Regeneration and Economic Development team, delivering cultural programming, capital project delivery, and Bromley’s Regeneration Strategy.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with important stakeholders such as Historic England, the Greater London Authority, community groups, and the Crystal Palace Park Trust, a community-led charity managing Crystal Palace Park since 2023.
The Crystal Palace Park Regeneration Plan is a multi-year project aimed at transforming one of South London’s largest green spaces, enhancing its heritage and community value.
This fixed-term position offers the chance to make a lasting impact on Bromley’s cultural and heritage landscape over a two-year period.
Experience
Proven experience in managing heritage projects or programmes, ideally within a local government or cultural sector environment. Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders including public bodies, community groups, and charitable organisations.

Qualifications
Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience in heritage management, project management, or a related discipline are desirable but not mandatory.
