About the Role
Are you an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional with a passion for aviation? As a Senior HSE Business Partner, you will support operations across multiple aviation sites, driving compliance and continuous improvement in HSE and Business Continuity Management (BCM) standards. You will oversee HSE and BCM compliance, provide expert advice and guidance to ensure adherence to statutory legislation, and help maintain the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) along with other relevant policies. Collaborating closely with site management teams, you will foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to enhance safety practices. You will also contribute to strategic discussions by attending Health & Safety Senior Leadership meetings, playing a key role in shaping safety initiatives across the cluster.
Experience
Proven experience in an aviation Health & Safety role is essential.
Qualifications
NEBOSH General Certificate is a mandatory requirement for this position.
