The work is varied and no day will be the same.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prepare Design and Access Statements, Landscape or Green Infrastructure Strategies, Development Briefs or Design Codes
- Deliver technical landscape architectural schemes, coordinating with contractors and other technical consultants
- Prepare, monitor, and promote masterplans and landscape strategy input for planning applications in accordance with client instructions
- Provide professional advice and support to Planning Consultants
- Undertake Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA) and Landscape and Visual Appraisals (LVA) as required
- Manage and anticipate clients’ needs, ensuring targets, deadlines, and service levels are achieved
- Maintain existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Attend networking events
