About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. As a Senior Manager - Information Management, you will support senior risk professionals by implementing and delivering a range of risk services to support designated projects within the PMO and planning centre of excellence. You will be responsible for defining and delivering Information Management (IM) strategies, standards (including ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes. You will establish and manage the project/programme IM function in line with these strategies and standards, train and coach colleagues in IM practices, and drive awareness and continuous improvement. Your role includes managing assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored, leading a team of direct and indirect reports, and ensuring the right principles, structures, tools, and responsibilities are in place to deliver excellence. You will provide comprehensive technical and functional expertise, contribute to the global digital centre of excellence, and support bids with IM strategies and solutions. You will coordinate the set-up, implementation, and development of the common data environment (CDE) and develop processes aligned with ISO19650 for digital delivery. Depending on project scale and complexity, you may take overall IM lead or support the Associate Director (IM Lead). You will work collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition goals, sharing responsibility for identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.
