We are supporting a major client in the maritime sector to develop their capital investment programme over the next 5 years. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a large, high-energy infrastructure consultancy team while delivering a unique programme.

You will be responsible for delivering client-focused outcomes through strategic planning, governance and performance management. Acting with integrity, you will support commercial negotiations, strategy development and accountable decision-making. You will enable people to excel through collaboration, knowledge sharing and inclusive stakeholder engagement. Managing the application of planning, scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies across complex projects will be key, alongside managing and developing high-performing planning teams delivering robust project controls. You will influence clients and stakeholders through clear analysis, insight and recommendations, and support net zero outcomes through collaborative, carbon-conscious project delivery.

Experience
Extensive infrastructure project and programme planning experience.
Proven leadership of large teams with sustainability and carbon awareness.
Strong commercial, financial and senior stakeholder management capability.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications
Professional membership or equivalent development (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE or similar).
