The opportunity is for a Senior Project Controller to support a fast-moving work stream within the Engineering department in Sellafield.

You will be responsible for managing a range of PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions under the supervision and mentorship of more senior PMO, Project Controls or Project/Programme Management professionals. You will develop and implement effective PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies, actively build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders including Client representatives, and contribute to the preparation and delivery of monthly performance reports and reviews.

Key responsibilities include recommending and developing PMO and Project Controls methodologies including Earned Value Management (EVM), managing the integration of all PMO and Planning disciplines such as Risk Management and Planning, and improving alignment of all PMO and Project Controls activities with the Mace control centre, client requirements, and relevant legislation.

Additionally, you will provide comprehensive technical expertise in support of PMO and Project Controls performance and work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, sharing responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Experience
Proven experience supporting the delivery of a range of PMO and Project Controls services.

Qualifications
APM Planning and Project Controls (PPC) Foundation and Practitioner.
