About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. Our client is the utilities provider in the South-East geographic area, delivering services in an environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible manner to create sustainable long-term value for all. In this role, you will drive collaborative delivery of water and recycling projects across the AMP8 programme, overseeing governance, risk, cost, and change control. You will manage allocated reservoir assets to meet safety, schedule, budget, and regulatory milestones, supporting DCO approvals and future procurement for major reservoir infrastructure under nationally significant programmes.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the Site Delivery Lead in delivering the enabling works strategy, coordinating scope development across enabling works packages, aligning land access and third-party requirements with delivery plans, managing planning applications and consent conditions, tracking access to land parcels and approvals, monitoring budgets and programme performance, overseeing design management and NEC scope development, and identifying risks, opportunities, and constructability improvements to optimise delivery.

Mace is committed to a safe, diverse, and inclusive working environment, championing wellbeing in every team. We focus on delivering quality outcomes, building long-term client relationships, acting with integrity, and fostering continuous improvement and opportunity for our people. We welcome applications from a diverse range of candidates and are open to discussing part-time, flexible, and hybrid working options where suitable within the role.
