In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellence through robust systems and client-focused outcomes; upholding integrity while managing budgets, risks, and sustainable impact; managing teams collaboratively and driving innovation and performance against strategic KPIs; overseeing project management, technical services, and external resources; collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful delivery; championing safety first by embedding Mace’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing framework; and driving programme, design, procurement, and construction through to completion.

Experience
Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes within property or infrastructure sectors. Proven track record of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams. Experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations influence project outlooks.

About you
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Commitment to safety, integrity, and client-focused delivery. Adaptable and innovative mindset with a passion for creating social value and future-proofed communities.

Qualifications
Relevant professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent. Demonstrable ongoing professional development aligned with industry standards.
