About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects to deliver agreed outcomes and deliverables within time, cost and quality requirements. You will deliver internal fee expectations alongside appropriate risk mitigation and change management. Collaborating closely with the project team including clients, design teams, consultants and contractors, you will manage projects, technical services and external resources across teams on behalf of the client organisation to ensure successful delivery in line with expectations. Your role includes communicating strategies effectively to the team, managing project tasks to ensure accurate and timely delivery, supporting project leadership and wider teams, coordinating design teams and stakeholders, delivering programmes aligned to procurement strategies, driving KPIs and project performance outcomes, maintaining robust safety, quality and standards, monitoring budgets, risks and programme timelines, and championing sustainability, digital innovation and net zero priorities.

Experience
Substantial previous work experience in project management or equivalent roles.
About you
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams effectively. Committed to safety, quality, sustainability and continuous improvement. Adaptable to flexible working arrangements including part time and hybrid models where suitable.
Qualifications
MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS or working towards these, or local equivalent.
Tertiary qualifications in project management, construction related discipline, or a non-related degree combined with equivalent professional experience or apprenticeship.
Appropriate Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
