About the Role
Would you like to play your part in shaping a sustainable future with one of the world’s most iconic brands? As a Senior Sustainability Insights Manager at The LEGO Group, you will lead the development of thought leadership content and strategic insights to guide our sustainability journey. Your expertise will help anticipate global trends, synthesize complex information, ensure our efforts are grounded in the latest science, and inform decision-making at the highest levels.
Key responsibilities include developing reports, presentations, and thought leadership content to anticipate future sustainability trends and scientific developments. You will monitor and analyse global sustainability, ESG, and climate-related trends across topics such as sustainable materials, carbon emissions, circular business models, and water. Synthesizing complex information into clear, forward-looking insights and strategic briefings will be essential.
You will also develop scenario planning, risk mapping, and foresight exercises supported by relevant data, engage with external partners and forums to stay connected to emerging themes, and support the executive leadership team with analysis and presentations. Managing contracts and internal contacts related to partnerships will also be part of your role.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that The LEGO Group’s future sustainability direction is based on a solid understanding of trends and insights, improving our ability to anticipate and shape the future.
