About the Role
Are you passionate about shaping a net-zero, climate-resilient future? At Stantec, we’re not just talking about sustainability, we’re delivering it. Join our growing team and help drive innovative, high-impact strategies across some of the UK’s most exciting projects. From local authorities to universities, and from masterplan developers to hotel chains, we’re proud to be shaping the approach organisations take to decarbonisation and a net-zero future. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior to Principal Consultant to join our Benchmarking team, focused on developing sustainability strategies and driving a sustainable, net-zero future.

This role offers the opportunity to develop our growing sustainability offering locally as part of a wider UK team. You will proactively support the development of local services in response to evolving national and local legislative drivers. Your key responsibilities will include leading the delivery of BREEAM projects; preparing Energy & Sustainability Statements and LCC/LCA assessments; managing your own workload to meet project deadlines; reviewing project details and developing sustainability targets; assessing project documentation against targets and providing feedback; maintaining project evidence trackers; communicating sustainability requirements to internal and external teams; producing advisory reports for clients and project teams; and attending site visits to review progress against sustainability targets.
