About the Role
A leading Built Environment consultancy is seeking a Social Value Consultant to help shape and deliver meaningful community impact across projects in the North. In this role, you will manage social value programmes, collaborate closely with local stakeholders, create innovative initiatives with multidisciplinary teams, and support bids with tailored community and social value plans. You will also be involved in data reporting, organising engagement events, developing case studies, and showcasing best practice across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to projects that embed social value and ESG principles, leaving a genuine legacy in the communities served.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering social value, CSR, or community-focused initiatives
- Background in roles such as Social Value Manager, Social Value Coordinator, CSR Officer, or similar positions
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
- Confident in analysing data and producing clear, accurate reports

- Passionate about social impact and building positive relationships across communities
- Proactive and able to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

- Relevant qualifications or experience in social value, CSR, community engagement, or related fields are desirable but not explicitly required
