About the Role
With the UK government’s ambitious goal of delivering 60GW of solar power by 2030, Solar Careers UK is on a mission to recruit, train, and place over 43,000 new professionals into rewarding careers within the solar and battery storage industry. As a Solar PV Project Manager, you will take ownership of commercial solar projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. Your responsibilities will include managing DNO applications and grid connections, procurement and project planning, preparing RAMS and Construction Phase Plans, budget and programme management, client communication and reporting, conducting site visits and quality assurance, as well as overseeing MCS certification and handover documentation. Experience
Proven experience managing commercial Solar PV projects from inception to completion is essential. Experience with DNO applications, grid connections, procurement, and project planning is highly desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in project management, renewable energy, or a related field are advantageous. Knowledge of MCS certification processes and health and safety standards is preferred.
