£38,000 - £40,000 per annum
8% performance-related bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to join our growing renewable energy team. You will support the maintenance of large-scale solar farms across the UK, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding to reactive call-outs to diagnose and repair faults. The role involves performing inspections, testing, and reporting on system performance. You will support high-voltage (HV) operations and switching, with training provided if required. Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and site procedures is essential. You will work collaboratively with the wider O&M team to deliver a high-quality service.

Experience
Experience in solar PV O&M, electrical maintenance, or a similar field is required. Knowledge of HV systems is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

About you
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel across the UK (company van and fuel card provided). Full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, relevant experience and a full UK driving licence are required. HV training will be provided if needed.
