As part of the Integrated Solutions business unit within STS, you will join a leading engineering and project delivery group focused on hydrocarbons and energy transition industries. This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most complex and innovative energy projects worldwide, supporting both conventional and alternative energy markets.
We invite a subject matter expert in tank and pressure vessel engineering to join our dynamic team. This highly respected position involves close collaboration with clients, project managers, suppliers, senior leadership, and a global network of mechanical engineers across KBR’s international offices. You will provide technical leadership in the engineering of LNG storage tanks, atmospheric storage tanks, and pressure vessels, contributing to projects that span concept development, front-end engineering design, and detailed design phases.

Experience
Proven track record as a subject matter expert in static equipment engineering, particularly in energy transition and petrochemical projects. Experience typically gained through consulting engineering firms or end-user organisations. Demonstrated ability to lead concept development, front-end engineering design, and detailed design phases.
Comprehensive knowledge of static equipment design standards relevant to the energy transition or oil and gas sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is essential. Chartered Engineer status is highly desirable.
