Hours
Full Time - 38 hours per week, 07:30 – 15:36, Monday-Friday, with optional overtime.

Salary
£29,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

About the Role
We are hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Strategic Field Technician to join us permanently. This role will support the Strategic Network Upgrade program across the North London area. Although predominantly working across North London, you may be required to assist our larger Team to obtain KPI targets in South London. You will take ownership of Network Upgrade projects, support team members, and provide cover for projects during leave. You will support network activities during asset failures, ensuring water quality compliance, and minimize supply interruptions while liaising with customers. Additionally, you will develop working relationships with other teams, support Network Asset Maintenance, act as a local network expert, and investigate the clean water network to resolve performance issues.

Experience
Good knowledge of water network processes is desirable. Relevant water network knowledge/experience is highly desirable to ensure compliance with Permit to works and mains isolation packs.

About you
Ability to work under your own initiative to deliver specified work streams within SLAs. Competent at using appropriate company IT Systems and office-based software, with a preference for experience in GIS, Z-One, Sample Manager, and MS Teams. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are mentioned, but relevant experience in the water network field is advantageous.
