Location
Base location: South West London - Kingston - KT13BW, covering the wider area across South London and North London as needed.

Hours
Full Time - 38 hours per week, 07:30 – 15:36, Monday to Friday.

Salary
Up to £36,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.

About the Role
We are hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Strategic Field Technician to join us permanently. This role will support the Strategic Network Upgrade program across the South London area. You will take ownership of Network Upgrade projects, support team members, and provide cover during leave. Your responsibilities will include supporting network activities during asset failures, minimizing supply interruptions, developing relationships with other teams, and investigating clean water network issues to resolve poor asset performance.

Experience
Good knowledge of water network processes is desirable. Relevant water network knowledge/experience is highly desirable to ensure compliance with operational standards.

About you
Ability to work independently to deliver specified work streams within SLAs. Competent in using company IT systems and office-based software, with preferred experience in GIS, Z-One, Sample Manager, and MS Teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience in water networks is advantageous.
