About the Role
Fuse Energy is an energy startup on a mission to make energy abundant and affordable, fast. We combine first-principles thinking with cutting-edge technology to build a radically better energy system. Having raised over $200M from top-tier investors, we are building a fully integrated energy company developing solar, batteries, and other generation projects, building hardware, improving grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs, and pass the savings on to customers.

In this role, you will own the suppliers, contracts, and landed cost across both high-volume residential installs and lower-volume, high-value generation projects. You will ensure supply keeps pace with deployment, managing everything from installer partners and subcontractors to major equipment and EPC contracts behind utility-scale generation.

Key responsibilities include negotiating and managing installation supply including rate cards, volume terms, rebates, and total landed cost; procuring EPC and utility-scale equipment such as panels, inverters, batteries, gas turbines, and balance-of-plant; onboarding, qualifying, and performance-managing suppliers; running day-to-day commercial management including billing, payments, disputes, and supplier performance; driving cost optimisation across categories; and partnering closely with Operations/Installs and Development/EPC teams to align supply with the build-out roadmap.

Requirements

Experience
Procurement, category or sourcing experience across field operations/installations and/or capital projects, EPC or construction. Strong negotiator with a sharp eye on unit economics, total landed cost, and capital-project commercial terms. Comfortable managing both high-volume residential supply and lower-volume, high-value utility-scale contracting. Hands-on and operational, able to own day-to-day activities as well as strategy. Bonus: EPC contracting experience including major equipment, balance-of-plant, performance terms, and liquidated damages; experience with EV chargers, solar, batteries, heat pumps, or smart-meter install supply chains.

About you
Organised and resilient in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively. Proactive and detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or energy sector is essential.
