About the Role

Join a leading green services provider in London as a Tree Watering Operative. This role involves maintaining and caring for trees across a variety of boroughs, supporting healthy urban green spaces and contributing to environmental sustainability.

This is a 6-month initial contract, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

• Water and maintain trees across assigned routes

• Operate and drive a 3.5-tonne flatbed van safely

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures

• Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and locations

• Work as part of a team to ensure routes are completed efficiently

• Support the care and sustainability of urban green spaces

• Watering up to 50 plants around the assigned areas

Role Details

• Location: Lambeth, London

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM start

• Contract: 6-month fixed-term (with potential to extend or move to permanent)

• Salary: £12.70/hour

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is desirable.

• Comfortable starting early (7:00 AM, Monday to Friday) and working full time shifts

• Holds a full UK manual driving licence
