Role Overview

We are an energy efficiency (retrofit) service for housing portfolios. We combine software and on-site services to an integrated advisory and delivery service to Housing Associations, Local Authorities, institutional private asset owners, and private landlords. We are the largest player of our kind in the UK, supporting over 15,000 homes a year today. We are a growing team with ambitious growth targets.

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and professional Domestic Energy Assessors to join our growing team in the North West of England. This is a full-time employed position offering the opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, delivering high- quality energy assessments and stock condition surveys.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per year

Location: Various across North West

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out EPC's and/or Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties

  • Maintain accurate data collection and reporting standards

  • Engage professionally with residents, clients, and colleagues

  • Ensure all work meets quality and compliance standards

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (DEA)

  • Full Clean Driver’s License

  • DBS checked or willing to undergo a DBS check

Desirable:

  • Level 3 or 4 Award in Retrofit Assessment (e.g. ABBE)

  • Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings

  • Experience in Stock Condition Surveys
