We are seeking Analyst Consultants with a background in natural sciences, economics, engineering, or geography to join our vibrant multinational Policy, Strategy and Economics (PSE) Practice. You will work on cutting-edge policy studies for clients including the European Commission, national governments, international financial institutions, trade associations, and companies.
This role involves supporting project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, and report writing. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with senior colleagues, and contribute to actionable solutions addressing climate-focused policy, strategy, and economics challenges. Areas of focus include carbon markets, carbon border adjustment mechanisms, industrial decarbonisation and competitiveness, just energy transition, energy-related product performance, carbon capture, utilisation and storage, hydrogen, energy communities, and energy markets.

Experience
Educational and/or employment experience in energy and climate change disciplines is essential. Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills are required to support evidence-based solutions.
About you
You are passionate about tackling energy and climate change challenges and thrive in diverse, multidisciplinary teams. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences. You are collaborative, proactive, and eager to continuously learn and develop.
Qualifications
An MSc degree (or near completion) in Science, Law, Engineering, Economics, Geography, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is required for roles based in Madrid, and additional languages are a plus.
