We are seeking Analyst Consultants with a background in science, economics, or sustainability and a strong interest in sustainable transport to join our vibrant Sustainable Transport team within the Policy, Strategy and Economics (PSE) practice.
In this role, you will support project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, and report writing. You will work on multiple exciting projects, managing your time and contributions effectively while collaborating with senior colleagues to provide actionable solutions for climate-focused policy, strategy, and economics challenges. This position offers valuable opportunities to develop skills in research, modelling, economic analysis, and client-facing communication.

Experience
- MSc degree (or near completion) in Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Background in transport, climate, and environmental policy and technologies is particularly desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data to support evidence-based solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in diverse, multidisciplinary teams
About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluent in English (Spanish required for roles in Madrid; other languages are a plus)
- Enthusiastic about contributing to sustainable transport and climate solutions
Qualifications
- MSc degree or equivalent in a relevant field
