We are seeking Analyst Consultants with a background in science, economics, or sustainability and a strong interest in sustainable transport to join our vibrant Sustainable Transport team within the Policy, Strategy and Economics (PSE) practice. In this role, you will support project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, and report writing. You will work on multiple exciting projects, managing your time effectively while collaborating with senior colleagues to provide actionable solutions for climate-focused policy, strategy, and economics challenges. This position offers valuable opportunities to develop skills in research, modelling, economic analysis, and client-facing communication.

Experience
- Background in science, economics, sustainability, or related fields.
- Experience or interest in transport, climate, and environmental policy and technologies is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data for evidence-based solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary environments.
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is required for roles in Madrid, and other languages are a plus.

Qualifications
- MSc degree or near completion in Science, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
