We are seeking a BNG (Biodiversity Net Gain) Analyst Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support on a variety of ecology projects across water, developer, infrastructure, and public sectors. Your responsibilities will include applying the Biodiversity Net Gain metric for project and option selection to support client proposals and operations, as well as preparing detailed BNG reports for clients.

Experience
- Knowledge and experience of using the statutory biodiversity metric
- In-depth knowledge of UK habitat types and condition assessment data
- Strong GIS skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce meticulous and accurate technical reports and communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Organised with the ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously

Qualifications
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) is desirable
- Experience building client relationships is advantageous
