About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Bulk Operative to maintain high standards of external cleanliness across a variety of housing sites. You will join the Soft FM team, driving a caged van to different locations to remove bulk waste, furniture, and fly tipping. Your role is essential in ensuring sites are health and safety compliant and visually appealing. This position requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work independently while taking pride in maintaining clean, safe environments. The Soft Facilities Management division supports homes, schools, universities, and public sector organisations by delivering essential services focused on quality, community impact, and customer care.

Experience
Previous experience is not explicitly required but a good level of fitness and the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate cleaning machinery is essential.

Qualifications
