About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces across numerous housing sites are well-maintained and presented. You will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways, and performing general upkeep such as clearing debris. You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

You will join our Soft FM team based in Tulse Hill, London, which provides cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to maintain community assets. This role requires physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards across all sites.

Experience
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is essential. Experience operating groundskeeping machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers is required.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good knowledge of horticultural practices including planting, pruning, and weed control.
Ability to safely operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery and hand tools.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the public.

Qualifications
A valid full driving license is essential for this role.
Relevant horticultural or grounds maintenance qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
