About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our teams responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation. You will be tasked with mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep to ensure our environments are safe, clean and visually appealing. This role involves driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment to various locations. You will operate gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery, maintaining both the grounds and the machinery in good working order. Working within our Soft Facilities Management division, you will contribute to creating welcoming environments for homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations, including housing providers and blue light authorities. A full enhanced DBS check is mandatory due to the educational site locations.

Experience
Previous experience in grounds maintenance and using gardening power tools is essential.

Qualifications
A full UK driving licence with less than 6 points is essential. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures is required. A full enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
