About the Role
Join AECOM's water resources team delivering projects for domestic and international private and public sector clients. You will gain experience working on dams and reservoirs, water supply systems, and flood risk management projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and modifying drawings using CAD software, producing calculations, and assisting with design tasks.
- Supporting project management through research, data gathering, and report preparation.
- Participating in site visits to gain practical experience, including site surveys, inspections, and shadowing engineers.
- Collaborating and communicating with clients, contractors, and other professionals to discuss project requirements and progress.

Experience
Relevant work experience is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key.

Qualifications
- BEng or MEng in Civil or Civil and Environmental Engineering (MSc related to water environment is an advantage)
- Minimum 2:1 degree classification or equivalent
- Water-related modules are advantageous
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) essential; good report writing skills beneficial
- Willingness and ability to work towards professional qualifications such as ICE and CIWEM
