About the Role
The Government Property Agency (GPA) is the largest property holder in government, managing over £2.1 billion in property assets and more than 55% of the government’s office estate. We are transforming the way the Civil Service works by creating great places to work, leading major commercial office programmes, reducing carbon emissions, and delivering value for taxpayers. Our work includes leading transformational programmes such as the Government Hubs Programme, Whitehall Campus Programme, and Net Zero Programme, while providing modern, cost-effective real estate services.

We are seeking a Client Manager Support to join our growing Client Relationships team. This new role supports Client Managers and wider GPA colleagues to deliver excellent service to senior departmental stakeholders across government departments and arm’s length bodies. Reporting to the Client Governance Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting client engagement, improving service delivery, and ensuring high-quality, proactive client satisfaction.

The role involves managing key performance indicators, supporting the adoption of best practices and CRM tools, providing professional administration including diary and inbox management, arranging client meetings, preparing papers and minutes, and driving completion of client actions. You will also support client initiatives, liaise with GPA directorates, build AI literacy to automate processes, act as secretariat for project boards, and manage data and document systems.

We foster a culture of lifelong learning, inclusivity, and innovation, and are committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work. Join us to make a meaningful impact where your voice matters and help shape the future of government property management.
