About the Role
The Government Property Agency (GPA) is the largest property holder in government, managing over £2.1 billion in property assets and more than 55% of the government’s office estate. We are transforming the way the Civil Service works by creating great places to work, leading the largest commercial office programme in the UK, working towards halving carbon emissions from government offices, and achieving greater value for taxpayers. Our key transformational programmes include the Government Hubs Programme, Whitehall Campus Programme, and Net Zero Programme, alongside delivering cost-effective property services such as asset management, lifecycle replacement, and workplace services.
The Occupancy Programme within GPA captures and provides anonymised data on building usage across GPA-managed buildings and the wider government estate to support strategic and operational evidence-based decisions. This programme works with building managers, client managers, and facilities staff across departments to collect and automate data collection, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
As Senior Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering the next stage of the Occupancy Programme. You will maintain the programme vision and stakeholder engagement, manage internal and external teams using Agile methodologies, translate stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables, and lead data science and analytics efforts to interpret complex data sets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage commercial and financial aspects, and articulate technical specifications to ensure successful delivery.
Our culture is driven by innovation, lifelong learning, and our core values: striving for excellence, empowering through respect, acting with integrity, and succeeding together. We are committed to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and can make a meaningful impact.
