About the Role

As a Commercial & Technical Coordinator you’ll be pushing for innovative solutions to create a more sustainable future for all. You will provide technical support and guidance to quote and technically assess enquiries from customers, contractors, sales representatives and other Veolia divisions including Industrial Services. You will liaise with operational staff, logistics and customers to ensure collections comply with appropriate company procedures and legislative requirements. You will ensure the efficient management of customer enquiries via the Salesforce CRM system and liaise with third party disposal outlets to ensure competitive rates are agreed. This role involves direct contact with internal and external customers, providing guidance on legislation, advice on waste management and assisting customers with their waste disposal requirements.

Experience
Previous experience within the waste management industry is required. Experience in a customer service role is desirable.

Qualifications
A Chemistry degree or equivalent qualification is required.
