Location
You can select which locations you want to apply for in your application. This apprenticeship is available in the following locations: Mogden Lane, Isleworth, TW7 7LW; Sewage Works, Sandford-On-Thames, Oxford, OX4 4XU; Maple Lodge, Rickmansworth, WD3 9SQ.

Hours
36 hours a week across four working days, plus one off-the-job training day. Working hours vary but are predominantly 7.30am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

£22,500 per year

About the Role
Kick-start your future as a Construction Assurance Apprentice supporting the UK’s largest water and wastewater provider. You’ll support projects through design, build, commissioning, and aftercare—helping integrate new assets smoothly into day-to-day operations. Most of your apprenticeship is spent working on the job, gaining hands-on experience. Your responsibilities will include supporting construction assurance to meet time, cost, and quality targets; assisting with pre-construction reviews and readiness checks; monitoring contractor safety, environmental compliance, and asset standards; helping resolve site issues, non-conformances, and deviations; working with Operations Readiness teams to ensure smooth asset integration; preparing and reviewing RAMS, TWOSAS, and permits; taking part in audits and performance reviews to drive improvement; and supporting planning, lookahead meetings, commissioning, and aftercare.

Qualifications
Essential GCSEs in Maths and English (grade 9-4 or A-C). A relevant subject qualification at grade A-C/Pass/Merit/Distinction is also required. Please share any other relevant qualifications or industry experience as the apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect your existing knowledge.

Experience
No prior experience is strictly required; however, relevant experience will be considered.
