About the Role
Do you have a passion for engineering and a desire to make a real difference? Our ongoing client relationships across the country provide the opportunity to work on an exciting range of projects within the regulated water industry. We are seeking Design Managers to support major programmes across the South of England, including significant projects from our appointment onto Thames Water's Asset, Capital & Engineering framework.
As a Design Manager within our Major Projects community, you will lead and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You will oversee all aspects of delivery, including design & build projects, detailed design delivery, and owners engineer services, requiring complex multi-disciplinary collaboration internally and externally.
You will identify innovative and sustainable solutions, work closely with clients and partner organisations, plan technical delivery, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver best value and client service excellence. Experience
Proven experience providing design leadership on major projects, ideally as a Design Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Leader. Experience working on large and complex construction or engineering projects, particularly within the water or related infrastructure sectors.
Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted partner with clients and stakeholders, and to mentor less experienced team members.

Qualifications
