Currently, we are actively involved in the design and management of major projects, including significant opportunities from our appointment onto Thames Water's Asset, Capital & Engineering framework. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of delivery, including design & build projects, detailed design delivery, and owners engineer services, requiring complex multi-disciplinary collaboration internally and externally.
You will identify innovative and sustainable solutions, work collaboratively with clients and partner organisations, plan technical delivery, and lead multidisciplinary teams. Your leadership will ensure best value and client service excellence, supported by Stantec’s world-class expertise. Experience
Proven experience providing design leadership on major projects, ideally as a Design Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Leader. Experience working on large and complex construction or engineering projects, particularly within the water or related infrastructure sectors. Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders and mentor less experienced team members.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in engineering or project management. A strong understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects and the regulated water sector is essential.
