- Supporting the development and implementation of a Document Management Plan.
- Acting as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to information management systems and processes through audits and continuous review.
- Maintaining project Common Data Environment (CDE) tools, file structures, containers, and workflows, managing access control and user permissions.
- Conducting quality assurance of documentation and information exchanges in line with Thames Water requirements, BS EN ISO 19650, and UK BIM Framework guidance.
- Supporting information management and collaboration through company platforms such as SharePoint, Asite, and other stakeholder tools like ProjectWise.
- Ensuring published documents are accurate, comply with company standards and policies, and protect confidential and proprietary information.
- Supporting the delivery of training related to information systems, tools, and processes.

Thames Water offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave, contributory pension, personal medical assessments, and access to a wider benefits scheme focused on wellbeing and savings.
