About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors and clients, including Infrastructure, Natural Capital and Nature Based Solutions, Water, Energy, and Commercial sectors both nationally and internationally. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly ambitious team focused on sustained growth and delivering innovative, industry-leading solutions to clients. You will plan, execute, monitor, and control projects in terms of scope, cost, quality, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. Managing consultancy projects from feasibility through to pre-construction, you will work independently on project management functions with guidance from Project Directors as needed. Key responsibilities include managing project change, driving innovation and efficiencies, ensuring Health, Safety & Wellbeing are central to all activities, and collaborating with technical specialists to deliver expert solutions. There is strong emphasis on professional development through on-the-job learning and external training courses, supported by a culture that values wellbeing and flexible working options.

Experience
- Minimum of two years' project management experience in relevant environmental roles
- Proven ability to manage projects of varying size and complexity
- Experience working under time pressure and balancing multiple priorities

Qualifications
- Degree in an environment-related field
- Achieved or working towards a recognised project management qualification
- Understanding of consultancy commercial models for project delivery and tender development
