About the Role
Join Octopus Energy and help us make a big green dent in the universe. We are on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution and are expanding our Solar support team. As a Field Quality Supervisor - Solar, you will be responsible for ensuring installation specifications are met for our customers nationwide. You will work closely with our internal low carbon product design team to support the delivery of thousands of solar PV systems into domestic properties across the country. This role requires nationwide travel and a company car will be provided.

Your key responsibilities will include implementing a model of standards, professionalism, and positive culture through strong and respectful leadership; building and maintaining a capable, effective, efficient, and flexible technical team; leading the review of all surveys passing through the design team to ensure technical viability for installation; continually reviewing and revising technical check and support processes to keep them fit for purpose; supporting the sales team by answering technical questions diligently; applying technical rigour to mitigate installation risks; assisting customers with app and desktop inverter software; resolving technical issues during and after installation; and promoting the excellence of our products.

Experience
Proven track record as a fully trained technical expert in solar PV systems with experience in installation and strong understanding of domestic PV systems.
