About the Role
Join Stantec’s 2026 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Civil Engineer based in Manchester, working on significant projects within our water division both locally and nationally. From outline to detailed design, you will contribute by producing drawings and design calculations to improve how communities obtain, clean, and distribute water, including pollution management schemes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include solving engineering problems, using design software and tools such as ArcGIS, carrying out engineering calculations, developing designs, producing drawings, reports, and presentations, and undertaking site visits. You will work within a friendly and collaborative project team, supported by experienced Senior and Principal Civil Engineers. Dedicated mentors will guide you towards Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers. You will be part of a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and teamwork.

Qualifications
