About the Role
Join the Graduate Operational and Environmental Leadership Programme at Severn Trent, where you will play a key role in delivering essential water services and protecting the environment. This 30-month programme is designed to develop future operational leaders and environmental specialists by providing hands-on experience across Customer Operations and strategic business areas. You will gain a deep understanding of water sourcing, regulation, treatment, waste management, and environmental sustainability. The programme includes three placements: 12 months in Customer Operations, 6 months focusing on business strategy and commercial acumen, and a final 12 months shadowing an Operational Manager or Environmental Technical Specialist. You will benefit from dedicated support through mentors, line managers, and a New Talent Team, with opportunities to shape your career and develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Qualifications
Any degree discipline will be considered, with preference for candidates passionate about sciences, environmental studies, sustainability, geography, or related fields.

Driving Requirements
A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential from the start of the role.
