About the Role
Lewis Davey is partnering with a leading client in the Commercial Facilities Management sector who prioritizes upskilling and internal promotion. We are seeking mobile engineers with plumbing and heating experience, specifically those with water treatment technician expertise. The client is looking to add three engineers across the north and south regions to work on a variety of large commercial contracts including schools, universities, offices, and hotels. This is a client-facing role with one position offering a more senior opportunity, requiring closed loop/closed circuit experience and knowledge or awareness of legionella management. The role involves working on diverse commercial sites and contributing to the maintenance and safety of water treatment systems.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year's post-qualification experience in a relevant role
- Experience with water treatment systems, closed loop/closed circuit systems preferred
- Fault diagnosis and resolution skills
- Knowledge of legionella management is advantageous

About you
- Mobile engineer with plumbing and heating background
- Client-facing with strong communication skills
- Motivated to work on large commercial contracts across multiple sites
- Holds a valid DBS check

Qualifications
- City and Guilds or NVQ equivalent qualification relevant to the role
- Up-to-date knowledge of technical regulations including Water Supply Regulations/Bylaws, L8 ACOP, HSG274, and other relevant guidance
- City and Guilds training and extensive knowledge of the Approved Code of Practice (ACOP) L8 (fourth edition), HSG274 technical guidance documents, and British Standard Code of Practice for risk assessing BS8580-1 2019
