About the Role
We are recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a professional team at Gatwick Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to build a long-term career in environmental services. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and contributing to the upkeep and appearance of the airport grounds. Experience
- Previous grounds maintenance or horticultural experience preferred
- Experience using handheld grounds maintenance equipment advantageous

- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to provide 5 years’ checkable employment history for airport security clearance

Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence essential
- PA1 and PA6 spraying licences beneficial
