About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a leading construction and regeneration business delivering projects across London as a Trainee Social Value & Community Coordinator. This Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Apprenticeship offers practical experience and development in social value, sustainability, and community engagement.
Working alongside experienced Social Value & Community Managers, you will support the delivery of social value commitments, engage with local communities, assist with project administration, and help ensure projects deliver lasting benefits for residents and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a long-term career in social value, sustainability, and the construction industry. Full training and support will be provided throughout the apprenticeship.

Experience
- Previous administration, customer service or community engagement experience is strongly preferred but not essential.
- An interest in construction, housing or regeneration projects is advantageous.

- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in sustainability, social value and community engagement.
- Willing and able to travel regularly across London.
- Flexibility to occasionally attend evening or weekend community events.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
- Must meet the entry requirements for the Level 4 Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Apprenticeship.
- Right to work in the UK.
