About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join the Lee Valley Team based at the Waltham Abbey Depot. The successful applicant will be a proactive individual with demonstrable experience in the grounds maintenance industry. Reporting directly to the contract manager, you will contribute fully to delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services. This role requires a genuine commitment and offers an exciting challenge for a highly motivated team player looking to advance their career within a stable and growing company.

Key responsibilities include working effectively as part of a team, using initiative, following instructions, and maintaining a strong focus on health and safety. You will also be expected to use technology to report and record the delivery of works accurately.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in the grounds maintenance industry is preferred. Experience in maintenance work and the ability to contribute to a high standard of operational delivery is essential.

About you
Good time management skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment. Enthusiastic with good communication skills and a strong understanding of health and safety. Must have a can-do attitude, be able to work using your own initiative, and follow instructions from colleagues. A full, clean driving licence is required. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use technology to report and record work.
