In this role, you will assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in the effective delivery of programmed maintenance. You will take responsibility for site operations including timekeeping, productivity, managing breaks, and liaising with the public, visitors, and deliveries. You will proactively lead by example, motivating and guiding your team while maintaining workforce discipline.

You will also ensure the safe and proper operation of company and hired vehicles, machinery, and equipment, including daily checks and routine servicing with accurate record keeping. Additional duties may be assigned by the Supervisor as required.

Experience
Essential experience in Grounds Maintenance. Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively. Experienced in operating a wide variety of small engine machinery. Good IT knowledge is required.

A confident individual with strong people management skills. Adaptable to different working techniques with a strong work ethic. Reliable, conscientious, and able to work on your own initiative. Awareness of all relevant industry Health & Safety legislation is essential.

Qualifications
Must hold a full, clean driving licence. PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable but not essential.
