About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will join our Grounds Maintenance teams working across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. Operating machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers safely and maintaining tools and equipment will be essential. You will also be responsible for clearing debris, litter picking, sweeping pathways, and maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas. Seasonal duties such as leaf clearing, frost protection, and preparing sites for different weather conditions will also form part of your role. A full UK driving licence is essential as you will be required to drive company vehicles to transport equipment and access multiple sites.

Experience
Experience in using gardening power tools is required. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures is essential.
